3. Coaching and Mentoring

The role of a coach or mentor within The Breath Movement is to facilitate awareness, provide tools for growth, and empower you to make conscious choices.

5. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are available only in line with our refund policy (if applicable). Coaching, mentoring, and event registrations may be non-refundable or transferable, depending on the nature of the engagement.

All content shared on our platforms—including videos, written material, audio recordings, coaching frameworks, session structures, logos, and trademarks—is owned or licensed by The Breath Movement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in our Service(s) - including coaching, mentoring, or wellness programs - you acknowledge that these activities may involve emotional, physical, or mental exploration.

You agree to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and release The Breath Movement, its facilitators, coaches, mentors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, emotional distress, or losses that may arise during or after participation.

We are a conscious and respectful community. Participants are expected to engage in all sessions, programs, and spaces with integrity, compassion, and respect.

Any behavior that is harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful may result in removal from programs or community spaces without refund.
